Our design work often draws from the landscape itself — forest textures, meadow florals, stone, water, candlelight, handmade elements, and seasonal materials — creating weddings that feel naturally placed rather than overly produced.

Our coordination work includes timeline creation, vendor communication, guest flow, setup oversight, ceremony and reception logistics, and on-site management. We guide the moving pieces with quiet confidence so couples and their guests can remain fully present in the day.

Telling your Love story in flowers
Through our in-house floral work, our own flower farm, The Pretty Pineapple, and relationships with local flower farms, we create floral compositions that feel gathered from the season itself — expressive, romantic, and deeply connected to the landscape that holds the celebration.
Each stem is chosen with intention: for its movement, fragrance, texture, symbolism, and the quiet emotion it brings to the day. From bridal bouquets and ceremony florals to tablescapes, bud vases, floral installations, and delicate ribbon details, our flowers are designed to feel like an extension of the couple’s story.

Culinary Experiences
Food is one of the most intimate expressions of hospitality — a sensory moment where guests gather, connect, and feel truly cared for.
Our culinary experiences are rooted in regenerative sourcing, seasonal ingredients, and menus designed around the style and spirit of each gathering. From elegant picnic receptions and private chef dinners to wedding brunches, family-style meals, plated dinners, and celebratory cakes, each menu is created to feel connected to the landscape, the season, and the rhythm of the event.
For us, the table is more than a place to dine. It is where the celebration becomes tangible — where flavor, atmosphere, conversation, and beauty come together in a way guests can feel. It is an expression of artistry and gratitude, and part of the quiet magic that makes dreamlike events possible: moments that are not only beautifully designed, but deeply experienced.
These experiences are thoughtfully crafted and executed by our in-house culinary team at Cakewalk Heirloom Baking Co., allowing our design, hospitality, and cuisine to exist seamlessly as one cohesive expression of the celebration.
Yosemite Weddings & Destination Gatherings
For couples celebrating in Yosemite and other extraordinary wild spaces, our work includes more than design alone. We understand the unique logistics of outdoor weddings, scenic ceremony locations, picnic receptions, lodge celebrations, weather shifts, guest movement, access limitations, and Leave No Trace expectations.
Our role is to help couples experience the beauty of the place while ensuring the celebration feels thoughtful, compliant, and gracefully managed.
